One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is go second hand shopping with my mom and sister, but sometimes even Goodwill can get a little expensive. Since my mom and I are both early risers, we like to get up early, grab some coffee, and drive around town in search of yard sales. It's the perfect way to start the weekend, and its really interesting to see all the weird things people hold on to for years. I thought I would start to share my finds, partly because I feel a sense of superiority after finding a piece I love, and also as a way to advocate for sustainable fashion! So without further ado, here is my first yard sale haul!
1, LEVI"S 505s

Faded and comfortable, these LEVI'S 505 are the perfect addition to any summer wardrobe!
2. Black Velvet Michael Kors Jeans

Can you say "statement makers"? I'm actually in love with these pants. They're warm and fuzzy and fit like a glove!
3. Sigerson Morrison Boots

I will now be referring to these bad boys as my "Killer Queens" because after trying them on at home I slipped and ate it on the tile floors. I am currently looking into shoe grips for the soles.
4. Carol Horn Black Knit Dress

Easy, breezy, beautiful in these vintage knit dress!
5. Orange Carol Horn Knit Dress

Bought at the same sale as the black dress obviously, but I'm really digging the color contrast.
6. Blue Halter Top

I really love the color on this top, especially since I don't wear a whole lot of blue anymore.
7. Pink Peasant Blouse

Channeling my inner Penny Lane in this cute embroidered top.
8. Suede Lace-up Loafers

Giving major "That 70's Show" vibes with these vintage chunky shoes.
10. 50s Vintage Red Pants

Can't wait to do the twist in these babies.
11. Over-sized Denim Vest

Channeling my inner greaser in this denim vest.
Hope you enjoyed! See you next time!
